Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We work hard to ensure every order is processed and shipped promptly. Please review our shipping policy below:

Order Processing & Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information (if available for the selected shipping method).

Delivery Estimates

  • Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control. 

Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages

  • Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost, missing, delayed, or stolen packages.
  • Any issues that occur during transit must be resolved directly with the shipping carrier.
  • We are unable to provide refunds or replacements for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN. 
  • If your package appears lost in transit, we recommend contacting the carrier to open a claim.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. It is the buyer’s responsible to ensure the address is correct. 
  • Refunds WILL NOT be given for missing or incorrect addresses.
  • An invoice for shipping will be sent to cover additional shipping fees to re-ship the order. 

Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within three days with photos of the packaging and item so we can assist you.
